Hint: It is NOT giving away your product or service for free.

Why? Because transformation happens at the transaction, and you will not get committed, achieving and loyal clients without it.

If you are about to delete this email ask yourself this: How many cosmetic freebies are in the freebie graveyard at the back of my drawer?

Loads right?

In contrast, how many expensive cosmetic products you have bought with your hard-earned cash gathering dust on your shelves, drying up, never to be used again?

Probably none.

The same goes for a personal trainer vs a normal gym membership, you get the results when you commit through payment.

Instead of wanting to become the cheapest one in the market, choose to sell something and sell from a point of leadership with value and transformation.

So if you are not pivoting your price, what is it then?

Your messaging needs to change as your ideal client's wants and needs have changed.


They no longer want to be able to go to a yoga class in the middle of the day guilt-free, they now want some relaxation time in peace and quiet away from their husband and children.

Therefore if you were selling them guilt-free yoga classes in the middle of the day in your studio, you can now sell them relaxation and peace classes online.

So in this case, the yoga instructor isn't offering anything for free, throwing $1 yoga classes in your face or trying to acquire brand new leads. She is just nurturing her existing warm audience, giving them what they currently want and need in this 'new world'.
